We accept reservations online.

For Groups

We do not accept reservations for activities or meals only.
First, please make an accommodation reservation at Gujo Hachiman Shizenen.

One Year Before Your Visit (Same Date)〜

  • Groups who visited the previous year can make tentative reservations for the next year during their visit (priority booking)
  • We also provide availability information and accept tentative reservations by phone
  • Tentative reservations are not subject to cancellation fees

Sending materials and application

From October of the Previous Year〜

  • We will mail information about rates and regulations for the year of use to groups with tentative reservations
  • We will receive your formal application form in writing
  • From this point, cancellation fees will apply
