Standard plan: Park entry 13:00 / Room entry 13:00; Park exit 12:00 / Room exit 10:00. Early Check‑in Plan: Park entry 09:00 / Room entry 09:00; Park exit 12:00 / Room exit 10:00. Can we enter 30 minutes earlier than the standard time without the Early Check‑in fee?
We’re sorry, but for bus safety management and facility maintenance, all schools must follow the standard times. The Early Check‑in Plan allows earlier entry only when there is no prior‑night group, so please confirm availability.
Can announcements be made throughout the facility?
Yes, you can. Broadcasting equipment is available at the front desk. For groups staying in the Hokunoki Area, broadcasting equipment is available at Hokunoki Lodge.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, but we do not store them. Please take your trash with you or use our paid garbage collection service. Please refrain from eating or drinking inside bungalows. Please do not consume outside food in the dining hall.
What are the bath usage hours?
The bath is locked at 24:00. Bathing start time can be adjusted to your group preference. If there are multiple groups, please coordinate bathing times among yourselves. The bath may not be heated outside your designated time, so please notify us if your schedule changes significantly.
Can we use the pool?
Available in August only. However, scheduled activities take priority. If there are multiple groups, please coordinate usage times among yourselves.
Are shampoo and hair dryers available in the bath?
2-in-1 shampoo and body soap are provided. Hair dryers are not usually available, so please inform us in advance if needed. We can provide up to 3 dryers each in men and women changing rooms.
How many microphones are available at each location?
Sensor lights are installed throughout the facility, but there are still some dark areas, so bringing a flashlight would be advisable.
How much cleaning should we do?
Thank you for your consideration. Cleaning is managed by our cleaning staff, so you do not need to worry about it. Just tidying up each bungalow as much as you can is sufficient.
How should we clean the stove?
Fire tongs, a brush, and a dustpan are provided at each bungalow. After your final use, please rake out the ashes and take them to the ash disposal area using a bucket or dustpan. Please do not pour water on the stove.
How long can we use cooking equipment rentals for one rental period?
During your stay, you can use it multiple times for a single rental fee. In that case, please keep it with you without returning it midway. Please return equipment by the day before your departure.
What size are the rice pots?
They are 6-cup pots. Cooking more than that may cause overflow.
Should we bring umbrellas for rainy weather?
There are uncovered areas in the facility, so bringing a rain jacket or folding umbrella would be advisable.
Are there hiking trails within the facility?
There are no designated hiking trails, but you can enjoy walking around the spacious grounds. There are walking paths behind the bungalows, but they are not long routes. Please do not enter mountain-side paths not shown on the map due to rockfall hazards.
How should we sort garbage?
Generally, please sort into burnable waste, food waste, and plastic bottles (separate caps, labels, and bottles). For details, please refer to page 16 in the facility guidebook.
